About Us
One local crew for the whole job — from the first cut of framing to the last coat of paint and the final weld.
New City Construction & Welding Inc. is a St. John’s based team working across the Avalon Peninsula. We take on residential renovations, everyday handyman repairs and on-site welding with the same standard: clean lines, square corners, solid joints and a site we leave tidy when we pack up.
Because we handle carpentry, finishing and metalwork in-house, you get one point of contact and one consistent level of quality — no hand-offs between trades, no gaps in the details.
-
Finish quality you can inspect
Level-5 drywall feel, tight mitres, even coverage — the details that decide how a room looks for the next decade.
-
Welding brought to you
Our mobile rig handles structural steel, gates, railings and equipment repairs right at your property.
-
Straight quotes, clear timelines
A written scope and a fair price before work starts, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
What We Do
Two core services, one standard of work. Book them separately or combine them in a single project — renovation and fabrication often go hand in hand.
